Faced with an entire wall full of choices, it was hard to decide. Luckily, we were in the skilled hands of tea lovers and so we threw ourselves at their mercy. What kind of mood are you in? We were still shaking off the bone chill of the mad dash through sleet and snow, so this was no time for delicate florals or soothing herbals. We needed something strong and bold, something we could sink our teeth into. We were given a pot of steaming hot, spicy elixir. It seemed necessary and appropriate to accompany it with scones and jam. The tea was dark and comforting, the scones were fluffy, and the room was lively with chatter. We felt cozy, happy to be forced inside to wait out the storm.
